Each order is bespoke to the customers requirements, all pricing and payment terms are discussed and agreed at the time the order takes place. We don't disclose prices due to them potentially becoming irrelevant over time with inflation and material cost differences.

Our bespoke products are crafted with careful consideration of your preferences. All agreements are made with the customer before the order is placed. As a result, bespoke items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.

In the rare event that a bespoke order is found to be faulty, we offer a hassle-free return for repair within 30 days of the initial receipt. MotoCoverz will cover the cost of the repair, ensuring your satisfaction with our handmade creations.

MotoCoverz products are intended as a cosmetic and comfort enhancement. They are in no way performance products. Riders use MotoCoverz products at their own risk.

Dye transfer is highly unlikely, but not impossible. Users must take reasonable care to avoid using MotoCoverz products in adverse weather conditions.

MotoCoverz are NOT responsible for replacement of effected leathers and/or gear if dye transfer does occur, or refunds or exchanges.
