Shipping policy

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

All items are handmade to order are generally shipped within 4-5 days. (Monday - Friday) using multiple delivery methods including DPD, and Royal Mail. The delivery standard is 2 - 4 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £5.99 applies to orders shipping to Mainland UK, £10.99 to the European Union, USA, Canada and ROW.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Any associated customs fee's for the country of origin are the responsibility of the buyer and not the responsibility of MotoCoverz.

BESPOKE ORDERS - COLLECTION & DELIVERY - UK ONLY

Our bespoke service utilizes DPD for seat collection and delivery. While DPD provides tracking and typically accurate delivery times and dates, unforeseen factors such as drivers having difficulty locating addresses may occasionally cause delays. We strongly advise using our bespoke service only if you have flexibility to accommodate these rare instances. MotoCoverz is not responsible for missed appointments, holidays, or work commitments if delays do occur.
