MotoCoverz Ltd specialises in the design and manufacture of handmade genuine sheepskin motorcycle seat pads, covers and associated products.
About MotoCoverz
MotoCoverz is an independent British business specialising in handmade genuine sheepskin motorcycle seat pads.
Our sheepskin seat pads are individually hand-cut, prepared and sewn in our North Devon workshop rather than being mass-produced.
As genuine sheepskin is a natural material, every hide is different. Variations in wool length, density, texture, shade, markings and overall appearance are natural characteristics of the material and help make every MotoCoverz product unique.
Website Use
The information provided on MotoCoverz.com is intended for general information and for the purchase of products and services supplied by MotoCoverz Ltd.

MotoCoverz Ltd reserves the right to amend, update or remove website content, product specifications, availability and pricing where reasonably necessary.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as professional, mechanical, engineering or motorcycle safety advice.

Such material may be protected by copyright, trademark, design rights and other intellectual property laws.
Content belonging to MotoCoverz Ltd must not be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial material without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
MotoCoverz Branding
The MotoCoverz name, logo and associated brand assets are used to identify products and services supplied by MotoCoverz Ltd.
You may not use MotoCoverz branding in a way that falsely suggests that another business, product or service is manufactured, supplied, sponsored, endorsed or approved by MotoCoverz Ltd.
Third-party company names, product names, logos and trademarks displayed or mentioned on MotoCoverz.com remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party brand does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless this is expressly stated.
Product Photography & Digital Imagery
MotoCoverz uses a combination of photography, professional image-editing software, digital rendering and AI-assisted technology when producing some website and promotional imagery.
These technologies may be used to demonstrate product colours, configurations, motorcycle fitment or the general appearance of a product in different environments.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that such images represent our products as accurately as possible.
However, digital images are illustrative and should not be regarded as a guarantee of exact colour, texture, wool pattern, dimensions or appearance.
Screen settings, lighting conditions and photographic processing can also affect how colours appear.
Where genuine sheepskin is used, natural variation should always be expected.
Natural Sheepskin Products
Sheepskin is a natural material and no two hides are identical.
Natural characteristics can include variations in:
- Colour and shade
- Wool length
- Wool density
- Curl and texture
- Natural markings
- Hide thickness
- Shape
- Size
- Small scars or imperfections within the hide
These characteristics are inherent to genuine sheepskin and will not ordinarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Where a product is described as being a particular colour, the description refers to its general colour rather than guaranteeing an identical shade across every hide.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
Handmade Products
Many MotoCoverz products are individually handmade.
Minor differences between individual products may therefore occur, including slight variations in dimensions, shape, stitching position and finish.
These variations are a natural consequence of handmade manufacture and distinguish our products from mass-produced alternatives.
We nevertheless aim to maintain consistent standards of workmanship across our range.
Product Dimensions
Measurements provided on MotoCoverz.com are intended to help customers determine whether a particular product is suitable for their motorcycle or intended use.
Because products are handmade and sheepskin is a flexible natural material, reasonable manufacturing and material tolerances may apply.
Customers should check the dimensions and fitting information provided before ordering.
If you are uncertain which MotoCoverz product is suitable for your motorcycle, please contact us before placing your order.
Motorcycle Compatibility
Unless a product is expressly described as being designed for a specific motorcycle, MotoCoverz seat pads should not be assumed to be model-specific.
Motorcycle seats can vary considerably in shape, size, construction and accessibility, including between different years and versions of the same motorcycle.
Customers are responsible for checking the product dimensions and determining whether a particular seat pad is appropriate for their motorcycle.
Where we provide fitting guidance, recommendations or assistance based on information supplied by a customer, this is intended to assist with product selection and does not constitute a guarantee of compatibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Fitting & Use
MotoCoverz products must be fitted securely and appropriately before riding.
Depending upon the product selected, our seat pads may use cotton straps, elastic fittings, hook-and-loop fastening systems or another fitting method described on the relevant product page.
Customers should ensure that:
- The seat pad is securely fitted before riding.
- Straps or fittings cannot interfere with moving components.
- Nothing interferes with the rider's operation of the motorcycle.
- Nothing obstructs lights, controls or safety equipment.
- Fittings do not contact hot components such as exhaust systems.
- The seat remains properly secured to the motorcycle after installation.
The condition and security of the product should be checked periodically and before significant journeys.
If a product becomes damaged, excessively worn or insecure, its use should be discontinued until the issue has been resolved.
Motorcycle Modification
MotoCoverz seat pads and accessories are intended to provide additional comfort and/or alter the appearance of a motorcycle seat.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that any accessory fitted to their motorcycle is suitable for their particular motorcycle, riding position and circumstances.
The rider remains responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and roadworthiness of their motorcycle.
Bespoke & Personalised Products
MotoCoverz may offer products manufactured or modified according to customer specifications, including bespoke shapes, sizes, colours or configurations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements, templates, drawings, photographs and other specifications supplied to MotoCoverz are accurate.
Where we manufacture a product according to measurements or specifications supplied by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for fitment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied to us.
Separate cancellation and return provisions may apply to genuinely bespoke or personalised goods in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Details are provided within our Returns & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Customer-Supplied Motorcycle Seats
Where MotoCoverz offers a service involving a motorcycle seat being sent or delivered to us, customers are responsible for ensuring that the seat is appropriately packaged for transportation.
Where we arrange collection or delivery through a courier, the courier remains an independent third-party carrier.
Any specific terms relating to seat collection, modification, return delivery or transit will be provided as part of the relevant service.
Customers should remove any accessories, documents or personal belongings from a seat before sending it to MotoCoverz.
Care & Maintenance
Genuine sheepskin requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance and performance.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product or published on MotoCoverz.com.
Incorrect washing, drying, chemical treatment, storage or maintenance can permanently alter genuine sheepskin.
MotoCoverz Ltd cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate care, misuse, neglect or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defects that were present when the product was supplied.
Limited Edition & Natural Colour Products
Some MotoCoverz products are produced in limited quantities because of the availability of particular sheepskins, colours, markings or patterns.
Where a product is described as Limited Edition, availability may be restricted and the same material may not be obtainable again.
Some limited-edition materials may return in the future, while others may genuinely be one-off or small-batch products.
Product photographs are representative unless expressly stated that the exact item pictured will be supplied.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Because MotoCoverz manufactures many products by hand and uses natural materials, certain products, colours and specifications may occasionally become unavailable.
Adding a product to your shopping basket does not necessarily reserve that product.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate options, which may include an alternative product, revised timeframe or refund.
Prices
We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices displayed on MotoCoverz.com are accurate.
Where an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it.
Where an order has already been placed, we will deal with any pricing error in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.
Delivery charges, taxes and other applicable charges will be displayed or explained during the ordering process where relevant.
Reviews & Customer Content
Customer reviews, photographs, testimonials and other user-generated content may appear on MotoCoverz.com or our associated social media channels.
Where customers submit content to us for publication, they confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide that material.
Publication of a review does not necessarily mean that MotoCoverz Ltd agrees with every statement contained within it.
We reserve the right to moderate or decline content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or infringes another person's rights.
External Websites
MotoCoverz.com may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
These links may be provided for convenience, information or to reference another business, manufacturer, supplier, collaborator or service provider.
MotoCoverz Ltd does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Customers should review the applicable terms and privacy information when visiting external websites.
Collaborations
From time to time, MotoCoverz may collaborate with other businesses, creators, motorcycle specialists or brands.
Where a product has been developed as part of a collaboration, this will normally be identified on the relevant product page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a collaboration does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or legal responsibility between MotoCoverz Ltd and the collaborating party for each other's wider products, services or activities.
Website Availability
We aim to keep MotoCoverz.com available and operating correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

We take reasonable care when preparing product descriptions, specifications, guides and other information published on MotoCoverz.com.
However, occasional typographical, photographic, technical or administrative errors may occur.
Where we become aware of a material error, we will endeavour to correct it as soon as reasonably practicable.
