MotoCoverz is an independent British business specialising in handmade genuine sheepskin motorcycle seat pads.

Our sheepskin seat pads are individually hand-cut, prepared and sewn in our North Devon workshop rather than being mass-produced.

As genuine sheepskin is a natural material, every hide is different. Variations in wool length, density, texture, shade, markings and overall appearance are natural characteristics of the material and help make every MotoCoverz product unique.

Fitting & Use

MotoCoverz products must be fitted securely and appropriately before riding.

Depending upon the product selected, our seat pads may use cotton straps, elastic fittings, hook-and-loop fastening systems or another fitting method described on the relevant product page.

Customers should ensure that:

The seat pad is securely fitted before riding.
Straps or fittings cannot interfere with moving components.
Nothing interferes with the rider's operation of the motorcycle.
Nothing obstructs lights, controls or safety equipment.
Fittings do not contact hot components such as exhaust systems.
The seat remains properly secured to the motorcycle after installation.

The condition and security of the product should be checked periodically and before significant journeys.

If a product becomes damaged, excessively worn or insecure, its use should be discontinued until the issue has been resolved.

Motorcycle Modification

MotoCoverz seat pads and accessories are intended to provide additional comfort and/or alter the appearance of a motorcycle seat.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that any accessory fitted to their motorcycle is suitable for their particular motorcycle, riding position and circumstances.

The rider remains responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and roadworthiness of their motorcycle.

Bespoke & Personalised Products

MotoCoverz may offer products manufactured or modified according to customer specifications, including bespoke shapes, sizes, colours or configurations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements, templates, drawings, photographs and other specifications supplied to MotoCoverz are accurate.

Where we manufacture a product according to measurements or specifications supplied by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for fitment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied to us.

Separate cancellation and return provisions may apply to genuinely bespoke or personalised goods in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customer-Supplied Motorcycle Seats

Where MotoCoverz offers a service involving a motorcycle seat being sent or delivered to us, customers are responsible for ensuring that the seat is appropriately packaged for transportation.

Where we arrange collection or delivery through a courier, the courier remains an independent third-party carrier.

Any specific terms relating to seat collection, modification, return delivery or transit will be provided as part of the relevant service.

Customers should remove any accessories, documents or personal belongings from a seat before sending it to MotoCoverz.

Care & Maintenance

Genuine sheepskin requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance and performance.

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product or published on MotoCoverz.com.

Incorrect washing, drying, chemical treatment, storage or maintenance can permanently alter genuine sheepskin.

MotoCoverz Ltd cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate care, misuse, neglect or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to defects that were present when the product was supplied.

Limited Edition & Natural Colour Products

Some MotoCoverz products are produced in limited quantities because of the availability of particular sheepskins, colours, markings or patterns.

Where a product is described as Limited Edition, availability may be restricted and the same material may not be obtainable again.

Some limited-edition materials may return in the future, while others may genuinely be one-off or small-batch products.
