Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing MotoCoverz for your handmade, bespoke items. We take great pride in crafting unique products with natural materials. Please read the following returns and exchanges policy to ensure a smooth experience with our products.

1. Colour Variation:
MotoCoverz handmade items may have subtle colour variations due to the use of natural materials. Please be aware that monitors and screens may display item colours differently. We recommend considering this aspect before making a purchase.

2. Non-Returnable for Exchange:
Due to the intricate handmade nature of our products, MotoCoverz items are non-returnable for exchange. If an item is deemed unsuitable due to fit or colour preference, it can be returned for a full refund. In such cases, a new order for the correct item can be placed.

3. Bespoke Products:
Our bespoke products are crafted with careful consideration of your preferences. All agreements are made with the customer before the order is placed. As a result, bespoke items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.

4. Faulty Bespoke Orders:
In the rare event that a bespoke order is found to be faulty, we offer a hassle-free return for repair within 30 days of the initial receipt. MotoCoverz will cover the cost of the repair, ensuring your satisfaction with our handmade creations.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at motocoverz@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying the reason for the return.
Upon approval, securely package the item for return, including the original packaging and any accessories.
Ship the item to the provided return address.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item, MotoCoverz will inspect it for eligibility. If the return meets our criteria, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
