At MotoCoverz, we’ve always been proud to serve riders, motorhome owners, and travel enthusiasts all over the world. The United States has become one of our biggest and most passionate markets, and we truly value the support and loyalty of our American customers.
However, recent changes to international tariff laws and shipping regulations have made sending parcels to the USA significantly more expensive. Many companies have responded by abandoning the US market altogether, as the costs can seem unmanageable.
But that’s not who we are.
We know how much you love your genuine British sheepskin seat pads, covers, and travel accessories, and we’re not prepared to walk away from our US community. Instead, we’ve worked hard to find a fair balance between rising costs and keeping our products accessible overseas.
Postage Costs – Finding a Happy Medium
While shipping rates have increased dramatically, we’ve chosen to absorb a large portion of the extra costs ourselves. After careful consideration, we’ve settled on a new US postage rate of £17.99.
In many cases, the actual shipping cost is considerably higher than that, but by keeping our contribution in place we hope this strikes a happy medium that works for both us and our valued customers.
This compromise means:
✅ You can still order directly from the UK without inflated courier charges.
✅ MotoCoverz remains committed to the US market rather than withdrawing.
✅ We’re protecting our reputation for quality, affordability, and care.
Looking Ahead – Our Plans for the US
While we’re proud to continue shipping directly from the UK, we’re also realistic about the challenges these new laws and costs bring. That’s why we’re now actively exploring the possibility of working with a US licensee or partner in the future.
